Pay only for what you use !

When you pay a monthly amount of maintenance to a support company you have to make the payment whether you call for support or not.  The support company has made an estimate of how much time they will need to support you and you pay for it regardless of whether they have overestimated or not.

We believe that you should only have to pay for what you use and so we have introduced a scheme (ProAct) where we will only  charge you for the time our engineers spend working for you.  We actively encourage you to take a pro-active role in looking after your network and will provide whatever level of support you require.

This can vary from complete support through to just remote support only - particularly if you have an on-site technician of your own.  With ProAct you purchase a "bank" of hours and we will deduct time from that bank whenever you call us out.  At all times you are in charge and you will receive a monthly statement from us showing your hours and any that have been used in that month.

Some customers prefer to buy a couple of hours a month which accumulates less what they use.  Some have used so little support that they now have a sufficient bank and have stopped accruing hours altogether.  Others prefer to buy hours in bulk every year or so... we will work with you to best meet your needs.

The most important point is that a qualified engineer will attend to your problem within 4 hours of your call.  He/she will NOT be called away to another problem until your problem is resolved!  Furthermore we take a personal interest in your network and will periodically check that your backups are working and your network is secure.  This is part of the service and we do not charge extra for it.

Every now and again we meet a "critical" situation which calls for an in depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies.  As a Gold Microsoft partner we have direct access to Microsoft Support Services... and it does not cost you a penny more.
