To achieve the standard they not only have to pass Microsoft exams, but have to deliver the highest level of customer service. Microsoft regularly measures us by surveying our customers.
In return, Microsoft backs SG by providing us with links to
their key engineers so that we can access their special knowledge of Microsoft software. Through this we can assure you of the highest level of service.
SG does not install "standard" systems. Your company is unique and your network should match it so we will not install things you do not need or may not use. We will work with you to identify what level of security and access you and your staff need. We will explain in your terms what you can and cannot expect from your IT investment.
The cost of your Network.
Through GME we are able to fund 40% of the cost of designing your network which makes it a very attractive proposition. We do not believe in "maintenance" where you pay a fixed amount each month. With SG you only pay for what you use and typically your network will require minimal support, most of which we can do remotely. Consequently we offer you ProAct to provide you with an
effective and efficient support contract.
